The Victory RC Speedway is located in Fairdale, near Hannibal, NY, just minutes from Fulton and Oswego.
Close proximity to State Routes  104 & 3  and Interstate  481  provide easy access from any direction of travel.

The outdoor clay oval, designed for electric dirt modifieds, sprint cars, and trucks, will feature state of the art lighting, as well as a  elevated and covered drivers stand and announcers booth complete with handicapped access ramp.
Race timing will be via computerized electronic AMB, (personal transponders accepted, we also have a house rack of transponders for use)
                        NOTE: This year we will be continuing our search for the best racing clay we can find, in addition we will be adding an asphault "D" shaped oval to our facility

We are running the following DODC Classes
MOD SPRINT (13.5 MINIMUM TURN LIMIT, 5200mah 50C MAX LIPO) (*)

LATE MODEL (17.5 SPEC) (*)

 Note: all classes subject to change (must have at least 3 cars/trucks in any class to race)
Note: FOAM or a non-aggressive RUBBER tires only (clay surface)
Rules:
2 rounds of qualifying: IFMAR STARTS (ROLLING START'S)
5 cars from qualifying +1 bump up (if applicable)
Lower mains will be 4min (example b, c, d mains)

******Every racer is required to Marshal after your race, if you can not YOU are responsible to find a replacement.******
******If you have to be asked to marshal when it is your turn, you will loose your best finish for that night******
******There will be 2min between races for a warm up and to make any  adjustments , if you are not on the track and ready after the 2min's,  the race will start without you******

- CODE OF CONDUCT-

Victory's RC Speedway was founded on the premise of being a fun, friendly place to come have an enjoyable time, and feed the need to go racing. Throughout the development of the raceway, these goals have remained at the forefront.

This is a public venue, and as such, there will be reasonable expectations of appropriate conduct by those that choose to come here, whether to participate, spectate, etc.

Although developed as a public venue, Victory's RC Speedway is Private Property. This means simply, that rules will be enforced, and administration of any resulting decision due to infractions, are at our sole discretion, and are not negotiable.

Rules would include any posted or written rules, as well as rules that are unstated.
In short, acceptable conduct becoming a person of decency, while in a public place.

Aggression, Fighting, Vulgarity, General Offensive or Disruptive Behavior, Stealing, Cheating, Intentional Crashing, Damage to Property, Discrimination, Sexual Displays or Harassment, Littering, Alcohol or Drug Possession, Trespassing, ..... the List goes on and on.

None of these are acceptable, if you would be ashamed to do it in front of your Grandma, Mom, or Children, or it is something you would not want done to you, then DON'T DO IT HERE !!!

We regret that we have to make this point, but there have already been cases, in which people have displayed a lack of common decency, or the common sense to conduct themselves properly. It will not be tolerated, and remediation may be anything from a black flagged race to a police escort off the property, single race ineligibility to permanently being barred from the property.

In regards to any aspect of the raceway, please understand that we all make mistakes. Any mistakes that you believe have been made, we encourage you to bring to our attention, and we will gladly address them, with our humblest apologies. We will not however tolerate conduct that does not fit within the constraints outlined above.
